The service options below outline the different levels of support available, from auction -only assistance to full estate liquidation and clean-out. The appropriate option is confirmed after the walkthrough based on property condition, contents, timeline and access.
For estates that need the house emptied completely, and need it done quickly
Fee based on square footage and amount of contents.
Payment due upon completion of clean-out.
For estates that need the house cleaned out completely but want to recoup value, and time is not an issue.
Phase 1: Full Clean-Out (same as Model 1 above)
Payment due upon completion of clean-out.
Phase 2 - Online Auction
Listing fee - $2 per item
Commission - 35% of net sales (after auction fees)
Net proceeds sent to client
For organized estates where remaining items will be handled by the client.
Phase 1:
Sorting and removal fee based on square footage and amount of contents.
Payment due upon removal of auction items.
Phase 2: Online Auction (same as Model 2, Phase 2 above)
Client has already selected auction items, no sorting is needed.
Phase 1:
Flat pickup fee: $250 - $750 based on volume and access, due at pickup.
* If sorting is required onsite, pricing converts to Auction Only pricing above.
